Missing Header in a file created thru APD.

Hello Community.
I have this issue with a txt file that is created using a APD. The file is now coming without the header. I have reviewed the APD settings but I can see the header correctly configured. I am not sure if something should be missing in the configuration that I am not really aware of it.
I attach two images of the file, one with the header from our archive (correct one) and then the same file with the header missing.
I appreciate your support on this.
