Missing Data Source Names

Just installed crystal reports on a new computer and i have no Data Source Names showing up under the Data Source selection, other than the Sample SAP Salesforce DSN. I've previously had numerous generics to choose from - including ODBC. I have the ODBC driver that I need loaded in ODBC (32bit). I must be missing something simple.

Thanks. This is Crystal 2020. I'll review the 64-bit options for this Progress database.

Were you logged in with Administrator rights when you installed the software? Did you right-click on setup.exe and select "Run as Administrator"? Also, what database types were selected when the install was performed? Crystal can't use any data type that was not included in the install.

Finally, for ODBC, the ODBC connections need to be created. If you have Crystal 2016 or earlier, these need to be 32-bit connections. If you have Crystal 2020, these need to be 64-bit connections.

Crystal Reports 2020 is 64 bit application and you need 64 bit DSN created for all your datasources.
