missing cloud alert emails

Hello

I am missing some subscriptions, which I need for getting important notifications or push messages.
My College PERSON_NAME does have in System & Provisioning under "notify me" a list of different subscriptions, which I need as well. Like "Cloud Service - Identy Provisioning  - SAP Build"
Can you provide me the same rights and roles or subscpriptions or can u at least tell me the way I can request it and who is permitted to share this rights, and where we can find these settings?

Dear customer,

Please know such cloud service notifications need to be subscribed on customer side, either by user him/herself or by the super user or cloud admins.

Sorry that we SAP Support cannot assist with the subscription on behalf of customer.

If you would like to do the subscription with your own S-user, then pls kindly refer to the following KBA 2900069 and the get the required S-user authorizations (Display System Data or Edit System data):

You may also contact a Super or Cloud Administrator to manage your subscriptions as described in KBA 2896942.
