Missing Australian eDocument Types

Hi guys,

I'm currently trying to configure/customise eDocument Australia - eInvoice using the manual instructions described in the pdf from the SAP Note: 3020451. I believe I have correctly implemented the prerequisite SAP notes and the associated correction note, however, the eDocument types AU_CRE ( Australia Credit Note) and AU_INV(Australia eInvoice) don't appear in the table 'EDOINTTYPEV'. I've searched around but can't seem to find anything about missing eDocument types. Is there an additional Australian specific SAP note that I'm missing? Or is there an issue with the eDocument Framework that's on the S/4HANA 2020 system I'm using.

No, they are not prerequisites. You also checked that your system version is compatible?

Hi Martin,

Yeah, I've seen that note and am aware of the prerequisites. I was under the impression that the peppol related requirement and subscription would only be needed if we wanted to actually send eInvoices over the peppol network. Are those prerequisites a requirement to even just create eInvoices or eDocuments?

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the reply. No we haven't. Currently, I'm operating out of an internal testing/demo S/4HANA environment just trying to create eDocuments from some test invoices we have in our system. Not looking to actually send out/create proper eInvoices, just doing some testing/demoing.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my late reply. Yes, I have done the manual pre-implementation step and implemented the note 3019239. Do you know of any reason why AU_CRE and AU_INV would not show up? Could it be something with the system since I'm using an internal testing/demo S/4HANA system that may not have the latest support packages for its release? is AU_CRE and AU_INV added via a support package and not via a note?

Does "AU_INV" and "AU_CRE" exist in table EDOTYPE after you implement the note ?

Which SP you have in your system ?

Hi Eric,

No 'AU_INV' and 'AU_CRE" doesn't appear in EDOTYPE even after implementing the notes. I believe we are running SP1. It's sounding like we may need a later SP for them to show up.
