Missing access to Admin Console PRD environment

In order to sync new users in IAS access is needed to the Admin Console. Unfortunately at the moment only users (still working/active within the company) are having access to TST/DEV environment. This request is to have also users be maintained in PRD client for Admin Console (including IAS etc in order to do user provsiioning etc).

In case of new Bundle, we reuse existing tenant, and don't add new Administrators. In case you are not the tenant Administrator and need access to Administration Console, select the option "Add Administrator".

I understand you want to add the following users as IAS administrators in your IAS production tenant:

For guidance on this process, please refer to KBA 3446655 - Add IAS administrator when there are none assigned or all have left organization.

To verify access on my side, I used your super admin S-user * to simulate, and the add button is available, as shown in the screenshot.

Based on this, could you contact one of your super admins below to help you proceed?
