minimum VAR authorization

Hi Guys,

Do any of you know what the minimum VAR authorization are required for customers - as in to to give to the S accounts that they create.

I know they need maintenance and create messages, but was wondering if this is in a sap note regarding the exact permissions or if anyone has this down?
