MFA MAIL SERVER SAP PROCESS AUTOMATION

Hello,

We configured a mail destination for a mail server in SPA using this documentation:

We used basic authentication and was working fine but yesterday outlook requested a double authentication for access and the send of notifications started to fail due to authentication issues, we are looking for documentation related to it but we don't find a specific SAP Process automation documentation. Which type of authentication do we have to use? the additional properties we establish have to be changed?

I attach to you a image with the BTP Mail destination that we currently have.

We want to know if we have to change anything in the BTP side.

MFA is not supported .

You need to check with the people in charge of your SMTP server to know the authorization that is supported .
