I try to create a Customer for BP Role FLCU00 but send me a message.

Grouping INXX has not been assigned to any customer accounts group.

I check the configuration and is correct.

Hi msolorzano2021,

The error message is nothing MDG-specific. The error is generated by a missing CVI configuration for this particular BP Grouping; check the SPRO IMG activity "Define Number Assignment for Direction BP to Customer".
