Memory exhausted at the Operating System Level

Hi SAP Experts,

in our SAP System, we see that frequently the operating system memory usage gets spiked. We do not get any memory dumps in the system, but we do get alert from the Team managing the Operating system. We are using RHEL.

I believe that this issue can be related to operating system or SAP application. I wish to understand and analyze if this issue can be because of SAP application.

When I see the spike I do not see many active work processes.

I am not getting any starting point on how to analyze it. Any inputs would be of great help.
