MDM (re-)connection problem

Hi,

the connection between MDM and Webservices (using A2I) is generally working. Problem occurs when restart MDM server: Webservices can't connect anymore to MDM. Only restart of portal does help so far --> no good in productive environment...

Any suggestions how to re-establish connection between Webservice and MDM again?

Have you tried to restart the webServices only? on the portal side, I think you can do it on the Visual Administrator.
