I am currently building a Customized Branded MDK app in MDK. I deployed the application from the VSCode. And then to get the apk file, I generated the zip file of the .mdkproject, and upload the same in the Cloud Build. The build succeeded and got the apk file. But when I open the app it is showing this error.



Can you please let me know, why does this error come and how to fix it ?

Can you share answer on below?

  • Does your branded client (Android) has been built with build-in metadata? (That Shipment page in your screenshot) and when you successfully on-boarded, you see the same build-in metadata showing up in the app?
  • What MDK SDK version you chose in cloud build service?
  • And then you received app update on your client (assuming you deployed a version of your metadata to mobile services app update)? And after accepting it, you are seeing that invalid token error?
