MDG Material does not create after workflow approval steps

Hello gurus,

I'm implmenting MDG Material and BP, after activate standard workflow process, it's not creating the material.

There is no error message, I checked all the steps of workflow and the material. I'm do not find mistake.

Does anyone knows what the step is missing ?

If the final check status in your SAP MDG workflow is showing as "Approved," it means that the workflow has successfully reached the approval step, but the material creation is still not happening as expected. In this case, there are a few additional steps you can take to investigate the issue.

• Ensure that the integration between your MDG workflow and the Material Master data is correctly set up. Verify that the workflow is designed to trigger the creation or update of the material master data when it reaches the "Approved" status.
• Examine the configuration of your Material Master data. Ensure that the material type, material group, and other relevant parameters are correctly configured to allow for the creation of materials.
• If you have implemented custom logic or BADI (Business Add-Ins) that interact with the material creation process, review this logic to ensure it's not causing any issues. Debugging or tracing this logic may be necessary.
• Confirm that the data in the final check stage of the workflow is being correctly mapped to the material master data fields. Any mapping errors can prevent the data from being correctly transferred to the material master.
• Check the logs or transaction history related to the material master data creation process. Look for any error messages or issues that might have occurred during the material creation.
• Consider attempting to create a material manually using the same data that was approved in the workflow. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the workflow process or if there are underlying problems with the material creation process itself.
• Ensure that the user accounts or roles responsible for executing the material creation process have the necessary authorizations to create materials in the system.

By carefully reviewing the integration points, data mapping, and any custom logic involved in the material creation process, you can pinpoint the specific area where the problem might be occurring and work toward a resolution. The ability to manually create a material with the approved data can also help determine whether the issue is workflow-specific or related to the material master data setup.

one question, in the project, the MDG and S/4Hana, are instaled in the same sever, the connection between the systems, is only by BRFPlus approval steps, there is no "RFC-Connection / RFC-Destination" to activate ?

thanks for your prompt answer, I'm cheking the points that you related, I forgot to mention, I'm implementing a standard MDG process, for material and Business Partner, there is no custom objects.
