MDG cloud edition integration options with SAP ECC

Hi Experts,
Need information on integration options for MDG-S cloud edition to SAPECC 6.0 EHP3 and also to S4 Cloud Central Procurement.
Middleware is mandatory for integration? In future we will update ECC to S4HANA. Should we use webservices for replication? Can some one provide required setup for this connections.
