mapping failure

Hi

If somebody says mapping failure ........what is its meaning in real time ??

Hi Kumar,

Means mapping program is not working for given input data.

Foe example:

In mapping one field is Date and you provide wrong format of date as you did in mapping then mapping get failed.

Check this weblog for some errors in XI:

Also mapping failure might be String out of bounds exception, Some problem with the queues, might be problem with the user defined functions etc.
