Manage Language flag

Hello,

I'm preparing the unicode conversion and during the flag maintenance I get 4 inconsistent entries.

How can I repair this? I've checked the note 480671 - The Text Language Flag of LANG Fields but I don't know how to resolve it.

Any suggestion?
