We have several applications used internally that render Crystal Reports in a .NET Framework application. In the SAP Crystal Solution Licensing page, it mentions that the licensing for internal business purposes is free.
I am just wondering, is there any information online that tells us until when a CR runtime for Visual Studio is going to be supported? The Downloads page only shows a list of support packs and the issues that have been fixed but it doesn't tell us until when the runtime is supported.
Additionally, I saw in another documentation that support for 32-bit has ended last December 2025. Does that mean that support pack 39 is the last one that will contain an installation for both 32- and 64-bit?
Thank you so much in advance for your answers to these questions!

CR for VS follows Crystal Reports EOL, as you can see from above link it's typically 2 years for specific SP's for CR for VS.
Since CR for VS doesn't have patches it's always recommended to update your project with the latest SP.
Correct, SP 39 is the last one to include 32 bit runtime, you can still compile your 32 bit app using the 64 bit runtime but highly recommend you update your main app to 64 bit, no reason to use 32 bit's any more....
