List of Z objects associated with a program/Script

Hi Everyone,

I have got a requirement that on searching I could not find an answer to it. 

Requirement:  I want a list of all the Z objects (data elements, Z tables etc ) used in my SAP Script. 
I have to manually go in and look for all the Z objects. Is there any way I can get the list of all the Z object used in my SAP Script/Program.

For programs, use the environment analysis in SE84.
