LINK formula Bug SAC

hello,
I'm trying to use the Link Formula both on data action and in account dimension
I'm trying on few tenants and I always have the same error - see below
what can I do?

I don't know of any occurrence of this error in the current versions of SAC.

Have you verified that your model meets the requirements to be used in a link formula?

A model is available to be a linked model if:

• The currency conversion setting (enabled or disabled) for the linked model is the same as for the current model.
• The Date dimension in the linked model has the same granularity as the Date dimension in the current model, or both models have no date dimension at all.
• Fiscal Year is either disabled in both dimensions, or enabled with the same month shift.

If the above is true and you cannot determine the cause please open a support incident so that we can investigate further.

they do meets the requirement 😞 ... I'm not sure how to open an incident can you instruct me?
