Last Run/Accessed Date

We are not using Auditing in our BO XI 3.1 environment. However we'd like to see when a handful of objects were last accessed/run in InfoView.

When you right click an object and look at its properties there is a field called "Last Run On". It is always blank. Can anyone suggest an area I can look at to see when objects were last accessed?

Hi

The "last run on " will shows only for scgeduled reports not for canned reports.

If you are checking for the canned report you can find the last refresh date in the right hand btoom of the report . and document summary of the repot also you can find it .
