Kenexa Integration

Hi Experts,

We need to integrate with Kenexa and want to make use of the SAP delivered CPI content (https://api.sap.com/package/SuccessFactorsEmployeeCentralwithIBMKenexa?section=Overview).

There are some gaps in the documentation which we cannot find any answers to so hoping you have answers to:

1. Both the Job Code Default Data and Requisition Field Association flows require that the EC Foundation Objects be imported manually into Kenexa. There is no information as to how this is achieved. Can you please let us know how the foundation data is sent to/imported manually?

2. In the Re-hire check flow the response fills in the rehire status field in Kenexa. Does this stop the hire of the employee completely (ie an error) or simply a warning and the person can still be hired?

Hello Garth,

Please find the below details.

1) As per my understanding you can leverage Integration Center of SFSF or Export Data option in SFSF to get foundation object data in required format and then import into kenexa.

From Kenexa perspective how to import is covered in below doc (Since its third party tool steps required for importing Foundation data of SFSF might not be covered in the SAP HELP doc and below is the guide got from Kenexa Help )
