JavaScript Debugger for Adobe PDF Form has no content.

When I debug the JavaScript code in an Adobe PDF Form, by doing a 'Preview PDF' in the LiveCycle Designer, followed by CTRL+J, the JavaScript Debugger shows nothing in either the Scripts or Console Views, as per my attached image. Would appreciate any suggestions?
