ITSM in solution manager

Dear Experts,

We are running S4 HANA 1511, and using modules FI,SD,MM only. All our functional support is from 3rd party vendor who are taking care of new developments, issue resolving and all the things from Functional and abap side. Currently i have implemented solution manager 7.2 in my company landscape and my manager comes with new requirement.

His requirement is that he want whenever any issue comes in sap from functional side or when so ever any new work to be allocated to our 3rd party vendor then this should be registered somewhere so that he can check everything in one go instead of checking mails every time.

So i gave him idea of ITSM, please let me know can i full fill his requirement using ITSM of solution manager.

Hi Prashant,

You can meet the requirements of your manager by implementing ITSM . The third party will be one of your business partners on ITSM Incident Management.
