Issues with learning . sap . com

Apologies upfront if this has been posted in the incorrect forum

I’m just wandering if it is just me or if there are other people facing issues with learning . sap . com

I can’t the Vivaldi browser anymore, since it is missing the top status bar of SAP learning. When in an online training course.

I can’t create a case in either the Firefox browser or the Chrome browser, although I have clearly my cookies.

I can’t finish an online training course, although the training consists of 1 unit with a number lessons and a quiz.
However after finishing the quiz the course is not set to “Complete”
The course, after going back, eventually returns to the quiz, which I have done now some 4 times.

I have started another online training course. In this training course do I get the message:
The learning content has been updated. Refresh the page to reload the most recent content.

After refreshing the page the text keeps re-appearing
Even restarting the course doesn’t help: the text keeps re-appearing

Again: am I the only one facing the mentioned issues or are there more folks out there facing the same challenges

It seems to be an intermittent issue. At my company, several users experienced this error throughout Monday, October 27, and it was resolved overnight without us doing anything. It worked perfectly on Tuesday, October 28, but today, October 29, the same error message appeared again. The issue lasted for about an hour, and now it's working again—once more without any action on our part.

It's like this for me too. Learning Journey doesn't work, works the next day, and stops working again. Quite frustrating to be honest...

Also it seems like it is just specific learning journeys. Some work some do not, the next day some start working again while others stop

I have been facing the same issue with Chrome for the past two weeks.

Hi,

I was facing the same issue in chrome and now it got resolved by accessing it in incognito mode. Please give it a try once in incognito after deleting the history, Hopefully it will get resolved.

SAP Learning HUB displays this error message when I click to submit my quiz: The learning content has been updated. Please refresh the page to view the most recent content. "When I finish a lesson and try to submit my quiz answers, SAP Learning Hub does nothing and displays the message: 'The learning content has been updated. Please refresh the page to view the most recent content. This happens in both Chrome and Edge browsers. I’ve already cleared cookies and tried incognito mode, but the same error persists. What can I do?
