Issues Transporting Global Scripts to Q

I've completed a Screen Personas build including global scripts in a development environment, and everything is working as intended there. When I moved everything to quality, the global scripts are not ending up linked to each screen. Some were carried over and related to one screen, some were carried over but not related to any screen. 

Are there any recommendations for how to get the whole system working in Quality?

• Ensure that you are on the latest Personas SP and all notes are implemented in both the source and target system according to the Health Check
• Run the 'Update object relations' function in the source system before transporting. Also, for good measure, do the same in the target system if you are still having problems with missing global scripts or linkages.
• Clear the flavor cache in the target system
• Double-check that the global script your flavor is referencing is present in the target system (in other words, it has been transported along with your flavor).
• If not (but please make sure this is indeed the case), create a support incident and provide the necessary access to both the source and target system, describing all details to reproduce the issue (like the global script ID, which local script or control is it supposed to be linked to etc.)
