Issue with custom Approval process notification.

Hello Community,

I followed the below blog for the approval process for my business object.

when requester is clicking on submit for approval button in custom BO, manager receiving notification but it was not navigating to Custom BO's Record. In standard approval process more button is navigating to that particular notification or record. i need same scenario in custom approval process.

Hi Community,

we have raised an incident to sap, They confirmed that our C4C system doesn’t navigate (“more”) for custom implemented notifications.
