Hi IDM Gurus,
We have an requirement, where an approver have to add an custom attribute while he perform Approval Action. We are leveraging Attributes Tab under To Do for that.
So we have created a custom attribute Z_ATTR and wants Approver to add values to this Z_ATTR so that it is mapped to MX_PERSON identity.
So when approver approves request it gives error message - "Entry type of the target entry and that of the task do not match"
Have anyone faced this issue or know how to fix it?
