Issue when publishing content from WPB/SEN

Hi all, 

Background

• For the last week, When we review the content from the manager (before publishing), all groups/attachments, etc., are visible.
• The moment we click on the "publish" button/set the publish tick box within the producer, the published view does not show the groups and the attached files are disruptive
• I have noticed that the /~tag/published/ setting is pulling in an additional / so it//~tag/published/, which looks like that causes the issue

Question - Do you know where to identify this and fix it

What it should look like (when we add the /~tag/published tag to the URL after clicking on the "library" button within the manager)

WPB 9.5 SP1???? 😮😖 It's out of mainstream maintenance since 2019. If this is true (you still run SAP WPB 9.5.1), then consider upgrading it immediately to any of the supported versions of SAP Enable Now, that definitely doesn't suffer from this bug. Upgrade takes less than hour provided you have skilled resources. 😉

Hi Stephen,

If the URLs have an extra / in them, this will definitely be an issue.  Sorry, I don't know what is wrong with your configuration but something is so I would raise an SAP support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR and get support with the issue.
