Issue regarding multiple line items

Hello dear experts. In my report there are multiple line items but when I pull data from the report through code only 1 item is showing multiple items. Please help I am stuck

List Report table requires a set of unique keys. It appears that your table does not have a unique key, which may cause issues in displaying the results.
