Inventory Data settings in ECC

Dear Team,

I have started extraction of inventory data from ECC to BI  in Production,but i am not able to populate the data in BI as my fields of Application Component,BW Stock Relevance,BW Counter are coming as BLANK.However in Development the data is perfect.

I have maintained the following settings in ECC,

1)In BF11 ,the BW and NDI is Checked.

2)inventory Settings in SBIW,industry sector as  -Standard Industry.

3)The Transaction is  Key maintained.

So in PSA these fields are already empty?
