Internal server errors in java portal

Hi community

We are facing some troubles in our Java SAP Portal Netweaver 7.4

in the NWA system overview the dashboard is showing an alert as next image:

the indicator of internal server errors is in red

I found that many of this errors are customized, next is the example:

so I talk with development team and they said that is not critical so we want to avoid it

the question is:

How can I eliminate this specific error in the logs and in the dashboard?  in order to have clean this alert to real internal errors

I have solved it

the unique way to deactivate this kind of alerts is through code,  so development team will reléase the correction.

Is it a custom application?     Could you check this SAP KAB for your error message.

what i want to know is how to find the configuration to deactivate this alerts or if it is just posible just from source code
