We have a functioning connection between AWS Athena and SAP Datasphere.
Using this connection, we have imported around 26 remote tables and all work normally.
However there are two imported remote tables that cannot load data. When trying to view data in the remote table, the following error message shows:
"transaction rolled back by an internal error: (worker1: basic_ios::clear)"
When trying to load a snapshot of the table, the following error message shows (under Status):
"An error occurred during snapshot replication.
On Thu Jul 27 2023 at 11:35:59 GMT+0200 (Central European Summer Time), an SQL error code (71000129) occurred while replicating data for the remote table 'table_name'. Use the links below to view the detailed error message, and to check the replication task logs of remote table 'table_name'.
SQLException; (worker1: basic_ios::clear)(worker2: basic_ios::clear) "

Hi Julia,
kindly contact with your DSP owner for the response of the question to raise incident to SAP.
Also, kindly see if there is any special character is coming from source for these 2 tables.In case, this issue is happening due to special character (In that case, error message will show the line no etc.) as a temporary solution it is suggested to add parameter IGNORE_CONVERSION_ERRORS = 'X' in table ODQADMIN.
Wish you the best!

I think the only thing you can do is make sure:
- The data source is available
- The structure is up to date in DSP.
From here, open an incident in SAP support.
