Hello there,
I am creating charts using crystal reports. Is it possible to do interactive charts? For example, I have a pie chart and if I click on any one of the pie, I would like to open another chart based on the pie value.
Please advise!

Unfortunately, Crystal does not have that capability natively. If you have Crystal Dashboard Design (formerly Xcelsius), you can embed the visualization in a report and use the report to provide the data to the visualization (Crystal 2008 and newer). However, Xcelsius renders its visualizations in Flash, which is being deprecated on 12/31/2020.
If you want to see how to do this, I have a conference presentation I did on the topic toward the bottom of the page here: http://www.dellstinnett.com/sample_code.html. There are also links to the .rpt and .xlf files and a backup of the SQL Server Express database that I used available on that page.
