Integration Suite - HTTP Sender increase Timeout

Hi experts,

we are facing the problem, the we need to transfer a huge payload, split it and do serveral operations on it.

the process runs synchronous.

We use HTTP sender as communication channel. after about 5 or 6 minutes the connection is closed an die Flow runs till the end but cannot deliver the data because he doesn't know where to send data back.

One solution is to split into serveral HTTP requests from S/4HANA.

One other could be to increase the timeout for the connection in the sender.

When i look in to the parameters i cannot find any property to custimize this.

So my question is: Can in increase the Timeout?

You need to do that on the S4 side, not in CI. You might find that in SICM config. Check with your basis team.

Since the S4 is dying, CI does not know where to send the data.

On a side note, it is not advised to run synchronous scenarios more than a minute for various reasos.

We did this before.
we changed the parameter in SM59, but no different behaviour.

So I suggest the timeout must be in CI - side
