Hi All

During installation a Demo of Syclo Service Manager, I got some Errors/Problems. In the follow you see Messages from the .log-files.

Anybody got a solution for that?

Thanks and best regards,

Ferdi

Hi Ferdi,

I would take a look at the "still in existence, but probably not for much longer" resource.syclo.com forums.  They are supposed to migrate over here somewhere and some time, but for the moment are still up and contain lots of information on Agentry applications.  DM (Direct Message) me if your registration takes longer than a day to process.

Hi Mike,

thank you for that information. I have already a account for that forum but unfortunately no solution.  So I hope to get here an answer for my problem.

Hi Ferdi,

I would open a ticket directly with the Syclo folks, and maybe also through CSS.

Just looking at the images you posted, it might be a routing issue (SAP Router in the network?) or, as it indicates, some flaw in the java coding.  Hard to say without looking deeper into the app.

Hi Bjoern,

Go to Se37 in crm system and check the bapi "/syclo/crmbtx_do_serviceorder_get"

Note:the user must be technician and thr must be service orders assigned to him

and in admin you are getting error because trust connection rfc is not yet defined in crm system.

Hi Lekhak,

I hope you can guide me to solve two problems.

If I try to do assignments, I got this error.

I checked the bapi "/syclo/crmbtx/doserviceorder_get" and get this warning. Do you know how I can handle that?

Thanks in advance and regards,

Ferdi

Hi Bojern,

Please go through the

Steps:

There needed to be a valid business partner id associated with the end user.

The resolution was to go to the transaction.

Proceed to select desired business partner.

Associate the business partner with the SAP end user.

Lekhak
