Input control based on BEx Query time structure not updated

I have a query with a time structure where we filter on current month/previous year + current month/current year

This time structure is now used as an input control in a SAC story but the values do not update - we have 1 story where we still see the time values of the moment when we created the SAC story (in March). Why are the values not updated when we refresh the query?
