initialization of data source failed on SAP B1 Interactive analysis

Hi All,

In my client server, I'm able to create excel reports using Excel Report and Interactive Analysis Designer. 

But when I tried to create a new pivot table in the interactive analysis tab below, an error occurred. This happens when selecting the data source for the Excel. Could anyone can help to sortout this.

Im facing the same issue, i did restart the installation, but yet excel is working but pivot is not, giving the same message as mentioned above , did anyone got a solution for this

I have exactly this same issue on a fresh install. Has there been any sight of a solution for this please?
