We've been on BOE XI 3.1 for last month or so and I've noticed my users are complaining that when they run a report with a list of parameters, they do not get a scroll bar to scroll down to the rest of the parameters for that report.
I've confirmed this and it seems to ONLY happen with the following criteria:
User is using Internet Explorer and they are running reports through InfoView application.
I've tried running reports in CMC application and it seems to show scroll bars in there... just not in InfoView. I've tried other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome and both browsers display scroll bars fine in InfoView... except Internet Explorer.
Is this a known issue?

Any luck on this? We have the same issue.

Hi All,
We had a raised a ticket with SAP for this issue and this fix suggested was to apply the fix pack Business Objects XI 3.1 Fix Pack 3.3.
They also suggested the following workarounds:
Workaround:
Use Java Infoview with either Internet Explorer (IE) or firefox OR
Use either Web ActiveX and Web Java viewer in .NET InfoView with IE OR
Use .NET InfoView with firefox
Thanks
Hi Eric,
Were you able to resolve this issue as we are also facing the same issue. We recently upgraded to Crystal report 2008 and are facing this issue. Kindly let me know the solution.
Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure what SAP BW or R/3 data sources are but all these reports run off our business systems database (all of which are Oracle databases) and each report has it's own custom SQL that it will run against the database to retrieve the data it needs. Basically, they connect through ODBC.
