Information Steward cannot connect to ECC system

Hi,
We have problem with connection between Information Steward and ECC system.
In CMC->IS->Connections we configured connect credentials, after clicking "Test connection" is getting error:
"The service Data Services Metadata Service was not installed on the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform system. (COR-10707) ..."
How to resolve it?
We installed BI 4.2 SP5, DS/IS 4.2 SP10 on the same server.
