Information Classification - Will it work in a mixed deployment

I have followed the 3409349 - How to enable Information Classification - BI 4.3 SP04 - Windows Only  and I did the installation where my CMS.exe runs.

I have webservers that run on Linux, and this KB doesn't refer to any needed changes there but when I access a report and right click and select Sensitivity off the menu (when this shows I have completed the KB setup) the whole system locks up and I have to restart Tomcat to get it functioning again.

Anything I might be missing or do the Tomcat webservers need to be deployed in Windows?
