Hi Experts,

I am executing info package and it is not fetching any record request is still yellow, returning error is missing IDOC and TRFC. Initially I think it is related to authorization but when I checked I have authorization for SAP_ALL.

Below I am attaching the error I am receiving every time when I execute InfoPack after a long time this request becomes red. I have checked with Basis  he also does not know about it.

Please through some light from your experience I am badly stuck here.

Thanks in Adavnce

Hi,

First check your source system connection check.

Check partner profile (WE20) is active or not with basis help.

Thanks,

Hi Experts,

My problem is still not resolved. Our Basis team has checked in WE20 and IDOCS and SM58 he said nothing is wrong with the connection and they have not done any reconfiguration recently.

We are not able to extract any data from ecc from April but suddenly our requests ran on 11 may automatically and fetched the data anl all the requests are green now, but I try to load now it is stuck in yellow and later it turns to RED with error TRFC and IDOC missing.

Below, I have some screen shot on which i need your expert help, please help me to understand what is this issues related to. If I check these table in SE16 there is no number of entry. What are these table related to?

This is from WE20

This is from sm58

Please help me where to check and what need to check. I have read in SCN that should check ALEREMOTE, I tried to check that also and found Profiles exist in that.

Experts I am really stuck here.

your any input would be great help.

Regards

Ansh

Ask your DB/oracle team help. Some DB tables are not allowing to get the data.

above error clearing saying SQL issue at SM58.

if not solved then raise to SAP.

Hi All,

The Problem has been resolved now.

This was because of one InfoPack which was running very long period of time and my colleague has not told anything and it was trying to fetch more than 9 figure of data but we do not have that much of data in tables, And in making of view on table she did mistake she has marked everything as key field.

Does this can be a cause of this problem as she has mark everything as key field in table View and created DS on View and executed infopack for full load, Also it was Standard Table?

so what I did I have cleared off all the infopackage related to that view and data source from BW system than try new load with another infopack and ran successful.

I really appreciate your help and your ideas you have provided.

Thanks

Ansh

Hi Ansh,

Please ask your Basis team to have a look and correct the IDOC type and carryout connection and authorization test for the user ID (Used for loading)  .

This error can occur if IDOCS are not maintained properly after system refresh or new system creation.

Please do revert in case of any concerns.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

Other than this load, have you loaded any data from ecc to bw today?

is it successful?

if not then first check your ecc/bw RFC connections with help of basis team.

Useful tcodes-

BDLS

SM59.

WE20

Later run data source at source side RSA3 and later you can trigger info pack.

at which server your facing this issue?

is this is fresh/new system?

To know the exact issue,

please go to info pack monitor, menu environment-->job overview-->job in the source system-->enter ecc user id and password. there you can see your SM37, select job and click on log details. See there error in detailed.

Thanks

Hi Raman,

I am facing this problem from yesterday. With every load I get same error. Previously it was working fine only from yesterday this issue is coming.

Yes, this is new BW system.

First find the exact error as stated above and share error information(ECC SM37) here.

Above given info pack screen shot not much useful to find the error.

Mean while ask basis team to check ECC/BW Connections.

Check at SM58 Ecc side.

is that is correct job?

seems like different one.

Your info pack shows time as 9:36 where ecc job shows as 20:32?

inform to basis team and ask them to configure proper rfc/idoc configurations.

Yes Raman, It's a correct job.

yes it shows different time I don't know why.

Basis person also confused the system recently got changed because he has not done any system refreshment.

Thanks

Ask basis team to check partner profile settings at WE20.

Mean while check ecc SM58.

This is purely basis issue. Just ask them to dig at idoc configurations between ecc and bw systems.

Ask basis team, What changes are applied on ecc/bw 03-05-2015 onwards?

Hi Ansh,

Check the IDOC status in BD87 t/code.
