The error seems to occur on the source system. Check in this system the SLG1 log (application log) and the SM37 (job log) for any error.

There could be some issues...
First I would check BD87 in source and BW System if any RSINFO or RSRQST idoc got stock and not be processed. It it is so, by processing, the red light should turn green.
