Incorrect user during the initial setup

Dear Support Team,

We have recently identified that the Super Administrator role was assigned to an incorrect user (Saurabh Ghimire) during the initial setup. Unfortunately, our team was not consulted regarding the appropriate users to be granted Super Administrator access.

To ensure proper governance and administration of our SAP Signavio environment, could you please update the configuration and assign the Super Administrator role to the following users:

In addition, please advise whether the current Super Administrator access assigned to the incorrect user can be removed once the above changes have been completed.

We would appreciate confirmation once the changes have been implemented, or if any additional information is required from our side to facilitate this request.

I understand your previous Super Admin is unavailable and you need to assign Super Admin access to the three colleagues you mentioned. For data security, SAP enforces strict controls around S-user creation and Super Admin assignments.

I am not permitted to create new S-users on your behalf when your company already has an active administrative user account. 

I reviewed your company account *. Your S-user ID * was a Cloud Admin, and to move this forward I have upgraded it to Super Admin.

You now hold the highest level of permissions with the broadest access rights within your company’s account. 

I also confirmed that the two additional email addresses you shared do not yet have associated S-user IDs under account *. 

Next steps for you:

- Use KBA 1271482 - How does an administrator create or delete S-user IDs? - SAP for Meto first create S-user accounts for your other two colleagues.

- Then follow the KBA 1614304 – How to use the Copy Authorization feature for S-user IDs – SAP for Meto copy your authorization permissions to these two newly created S-users. 

Once you complete these steps, your organization will have three Super Admins in total.
