IMC communication error, exception

While viewing Attachments for Invoices through SAP Enterprise Portal, we are getting IMC Communication error. But from back-end, we are not receiving this error. Please let me know the resolution, if any faced this issue.

Hello,

We have a similar issue but instead of error we get the message "Establishing IMC connection" and the document is not loading. Strange thing is that some of the people are able to display it without problems. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

I know it was a long time ago, but were you able to resolve the issue? We are experiencing the same problem.
