IDoc: Error while checking in and storing: ****.tif

Dear Experts,

I am new to DMS, we receive DAT, DWG, DOC document types through Inbound Idoc.

While processing the IDoc in 'DOCMAS' Message type, we faced the below issue,

Error msg: "Error while checking in and storing: ****.tif"

Note:

1.Manual uploading the documents in CV01N and displaying the document in CV03N is validated and it's ok.

2.In IDoc, the Source system is ECC6.0, and the Target system is S/4HANA 1809 On-Premises.

3.we have configured and mapped the Content Repository (DMS).

Someone please suggect how to take it forward.
