Identify Append Structures in Standard Tables

Hello experts,

My client needs to monitor whenever an append structure is created in standard tables, so I'm trying to find a way to identify it, perhaps via transport request, or via SAP tables, or whatever idea you can come up to...

As far as I know, in transport requests these append structures have the same ID/Type as custom structures - R3TR / TABL, so it wouldn't work.

Do you guys have any idea?
