Hyper link in rfc return table message

we have a rfc . incase of error message in return table, there should be a hyper link added to the main msg text.(not in long text).how to do that.

I don't understand, what you mean by "main msg text" and "long text".

There are no such things in the RFC protocol?! Please provide more details of what exactly you are doing.
