Hello there,
Help me understand how can we deal with multiple templates when working with Extract Data With Template in cloud studio, as it allows 100 templates and I wanna see the scenario on how can we assign a file to process when we have multiple templates configure? or how to classify files to process on the respective templates.
Scenario-
I have 4 different templets(temp1, temp2. temp3, temp4) configure and I am processing files from the one directory, then what can I do so that when temp1 relate files comes. it should process to temp1 template and give desired output and the same happens for the rest of the templates.
Hope I am able to present my query in an understandable statement.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
As for now it is not possible to deal with multiple type of documents, as we do not have the capability to automatically detect the template to use.
You would have to do it in your bot, then switch to different sub-automation

So for every next template, we need to create separate automation, so if I have 50 templets then I have to write 50 automation and also the directory for every file should have to different, as to keep all the files while processing in the same directory won't work as classification can't be done one studio.
Just for clarification, when you say "then switch to different sub-automation" do you mean using python script or some other script to process or to classify documents?
