How to validate dates while saving data in SAP Analytics Cloud user story?

Hi Experts,

Hope you're doing well.

I am in a process of creating a validation based input template in SAC and have below requirement to fulfill.

When a user plans values in a user story he/she should get an warning if the planning date (for that planning line) is greater than the expiry date for each product.

As per the table above, first two rows should be rejected/highlighted before we click on Publish data button.

As I see, one way to solve this matter is to plan the data and then create a report where the Planning date is greater than the Expiry date for user to modify dates for them. I still have to try this option but if it works, still this option is more time consuming and hence checking if validations can take place even before publishing the values with 2 date dimensions in a Planning model.
