HOW TO USE UPDATE ENTITY USING DELTA QUERY ?

Hi,

I am trying to learn about delta query, i have implemented the program till acquiring the delta token while fetching the complete record.

The delta query functionality is about displaying records those were changed or updated or deleted after the issue of token.

How to change or update or delete the after issue of token.

Please help me with this.
