Custom Code Management (CCM) or Custom Code Lifecycle Management (CCLM) is the central point of access for all functions that you use to monitor and manage the lifecycle of custom developments from creation to deletion.

You can continually optimize your developments and configure how they are implemented or affected by changes to SAP objects.

The prerequisites for Custom Code Management:

  • Complete all mandatory steps of the System Preparation, Infrastructure Preparation and Basic Configuration scenarios in SAP Solution Manager Configuration
  • Complete Step 3 of the Managed System Configuration
  • Meet the requirements in Note 1828848 for UPL or SCMON

More information regarding CCM can be found at SAP Help Portal by accessing this link: Custom Code Management

Additionally, How-to Guide and Best Practices documentation for CCLM can be found on Custom Code Management SAP Wiki page in How-to-Guides and Best Practices section: WIKI: Custom Code Management
